MostPlay determines when betting markets become available and may close any market at its discretion.

Users must ensure that the information submitted when placing bets is accurate. MostPlay is not responsible for incorrect information entered by a user. If an operator enters a bet incorrectly on a user’s behalf, the user must notify the operator and request a correction. Once a bet has been confirmed and matched, the user remains responsible for the resulting outcome, including any loss.

MostPlay may suspend betting on individual markets and may void particular bets or entire markets when necessary to protect the integrity and fairness of the Services. Automated betting programs may also be used by other participants, subject to the applicable rules and market conditions.

1.7 Account Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination

• Technical errors or system malfunctions

• A breach of this Agreement
• A violation of MostPlay promotional terms
• Collusion between users
• Misuse of public market data
• Restrictions imposed by an employment agreement or the rules of a relevant governing body
• Betting on a competition in which the user is personally participating

1.8 Underage Gambling

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for an account or place bets on MostPlay.

If MostPlay determines or reasonably suspects that a user is underage, it may restrict gambling transactions and withdrawals while investigating the matter, subject to applicable law and the relevant account rules.

1.9 Withdrawal of Unmatched Betting Offers

A request to cancel an unmatched betting offer becomes effective once MostPlay provides confirmation of the cancellation.

If the request has not yet been processed, the offer may remain available for acceptance. Cancellation may no longer be possible if the bet has been accepted partially or in full between the submission of the request and the receipt of cancellation confirmation.

1.10 Minimum and Maximum Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting amounts vary according to the product, market, and platform. These limits may change from time to time.

Placing bets below an applicable minimum threshold may result in account closure under the relevant rules.

A user’s permitted betting capacity is reflected in the “Available To Bet” balance and “Exposure Limit” displayed in their account. If a bet is processed outside the applicable limits, it may remain valid in accordance with the relevant betting rules.

1.11 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled according to the rules and regulations applicable to the relevant market. If a settlement is found to be incorrect, MostPlay may reverse or adjust it and update the user’s account accordingly.

Where an adjustment creates an outstanding balance and sufficient funds are unavailable in the account, MostPlay may request that the user deposit the amount required to cover the balance.

Betting profits and losses are rounded to two decimal places.

1.12 Commissions and Fees

MostPlay may charge commission based on the net profit generated within a market. For exchange betting, the stake amount does not determine the commission calculation.

Users should consult the applicable MostPlay fee schedule for details on commissions and other charges. MostPlay reserves the right to revise its fees, subject to applicable requirements.

1.13 Events Outside MostPlay’s Control

MostPlay will not be responsible for losses or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include force majeure events, energy-saving measures, commercial or labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, and other external disruptions or delays.

Where necessary, MostPlay may suspend or discontinue affected Services without liability, subject to applicable law.

MostPlay is also not responsible for service interruptions resulting from equipment or software failures that prevent the Services from operating as intended, regardless of the cause, subject to applicable law.

1.14 Indemnification

1.15 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MostPlay makes no general representation or warranty concerning the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the Services.

MostPlay will not be liable for losses caused by the unauthorized or improper use of a user’s password. Its liability is limited to the user’s applicable exposure limit as specified in the account, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

MostPlay will not be responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

1.16 Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and related intellectual property rights in the MostPlay website belong to MostPlay or the applicable rights holders. These rights may cover databases, pricing information, website materials, and other content made available through the platform.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or other use of protected material may result in legal action.

1.17 Information Services

MostPlay may make various types of information available to users, including betting forms, event results, live streams, upcoming sporting events, scores, and other sports-related content.

1.19 Transfer of Rights and Obligations

MostPlay may transfer or assign all or part of this Agreement to a third party. In the event of such a transfer, users will be notified of the change. If a user does not agree to the transfer, continued use of the Services may not be permitted, although withdrawal of available funds may remain possible subject to these Terms and applicable law.

1.20 Severability

If a competent authority determines that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted to the extent necessary to reflect its original intention as closely as legally possible.

The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

1.21 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between a user and MostPlay must be addressed in accordance with the applicable Dispute Resolution Policy, including any amendments made to that policy from time to time.

1.22 Changes to These Terms

MostPlay may make non-material changes to the website and to its manuals, policies, and other published materials, including this Agreement, at any time.

Users should review the published Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of applicable changes.

1.23 No Waiver of Rights

A party’s failure or delay in exercising a right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right. Exercising a right in part does not prevent the party from exercising it again or using any other right available under this Agreement.

1.24 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The source terms state that MostPlay is regulated under the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Users remain responsible for understanding and complying with the gambling laws that apply in their own jurisdictions.
